Dr. Nasrullah Rana, Ph.D. is the Founder of the Professional Strength & Conditioning Academy (PSCA) and an internationally trained strength and conditioning educator and athletics coach. A World Athletics Level-II Lecturer, he has completed advanced coaching education through the IOC (ICECP), University of Delaware (USA), and Penn State University (USA). He has served as Coach for Pakistan’s National Track & Field Team and Strength & Conditioning Coach for Pakistan Field Hockey, and currently leads and teaches PSCA programs, promoting science-based strength and conditioning education in the region.
