Founder & Master Trainer - Professional Strength and Conditioning Academy (PSCA)

Dr. Nasrullah Rana is an internationally trained strength and conditioning educator whose professional development spans IOC-linked programs and leading institutions in the United States. He previously served as a Coach for the Pakistan National Track & Field Team and as Strength & Conditioning Coach for the Pakistan National Field Hockey Team. Currently, he serves as the Master Trainer at the Professional Strength and Conditioning Academy (PSCA), headquartered at PineTop Resort, Khanpur Lake, where he contributes to the development of coaches, educators, and fitness professionals across the region. Dr. Rana also holds the position of Secretary of the South Asian Coaches Association, actively supporting the advancement of coaching education and high-performance sport in South Asia.
